BioBlitzes on Bainbridge and Maury (Vashon) Islands

Below are announcements for a couple fairly local BioBlitzes – Bainbridge on May 30 and Vashon/Maury on June 5&6. If you can identify organisms (anything living, from microbes to megamammals) these events can be really fun and an interesting way to take a close look at a particular locality over a short period of time and to share your expertise with organizations and communities interested in learning more about the resources for outreach and for management.

The UW Leaders Program

Good morning!
My name is Savannah and I’m serving as the Director of UW Leaders, and entity of the Associated Students of University of Washington (ASUW). I’m currently reaching out to different communities across campus to make sure they know about the UW Leaders program and that it is an excellent opportunity for all first, second, and transfer-third year students. It would help our program maximize outreach if you could send out the following message to your list-servs.
