The Mary Gates Endowment for Students is currently accepting scholarship applications. Mary Gates scholarships provide up to $4,000 ($2,000 per quarter for up to two quarters) for students to pursue leadership or research/scholarly activities. These scholarships benefit students in the current academic year, and are open to all UW undergraduate students regardless of class year, major or residency status.

It is always an exciting time when students and instructors return to our three campuses for the start of the school year. Student- and instructor-centric programs are a large part of what we do in UW Information Technology (UW-IT), and we want to share some of the innovative technologies and services that you may take advantage of as members of the UW community.
The Office of Merit Scholarships, Fellowships & Awards has a very full schedule of scholarship-related information sessions and workshops for undergraduates during fall quarter! Details about the workshops are also copied below, in case it’s helpful to have in that format.
Students can also find all this info and more on our website at http://expd.washington.edu/scholarships.
