Hey UW Student Community,
We need your help to reduce power-based personal violence on campus! We believe you are in a position to use peer influence to change the world we live in. Help us intervene in dating violence and sexual assault. We are excited to announce the next FREE Green Dot Bystander Training for UW community student leaders only on Saturday November2th from 10:00am-4:00pm in the Ethnic Cultural Center’s Unity Room. 

AFSUW Mentorship Program for SAFS Undergraduate Majors

Dear SAFS Undergraduates,
Are you interested in a career in fisheries or a related field? Have you thought about going to graduate school, but aren’t sure which degree to apply for, where to go, or how to prepare? Every year, AFSUW sets undergrads up with graduate mentors who share their research interests. Graduate students are full of wisdom, and can really help you decide on / prepare for a successful career.

Boren Undergraduate Scholarship for study abroad – UW info sessions & deadline

Thanks so much for sharing widely the Critical Language Scholarship information I shared last week. Another similar and yet completely different program is also available for students planning to study critical languages abroad during 2014-15. Again, please share widely with students in all fields.
Boren Scholarships provide up to $20,000 to U.S. undergraduate students to study abroad in areas of the world that are critical to U.S.
